Op 11 maart 2015 is de nieuwe cookiebepaling van kracht geworden. Dan hoop je dat deze nieuwe wet voor meer duidelijkheid zal zorgen. Het tegendeel lijkt echter waar….

Opslaan van informatie

Vanaf nu is het opslaan van informatie, verkregen uit elektronische devices, alleen toegestaan als wordt voldaan aan de informatieplicht (welke informatie wordt opgeslagen, en met welk doel) en de toestemmingsvereiste (expliciete toestemming van de bezoeker). Bedrijven die zich niet aan de regels houden lopen het risico op een boete tot € 450.000.
