2017 Was het jaar van het woord ‘personalisatie’. Op alle congressen stonden mensen die de kracht van personalisatie predikten en de wereld nam het over: de ene na de andere personalisatie tool schiet uit de grond. Er zijn prachtverhalen over 30 procent verhoging in conversies na het toepassen van personalisatie, magistrale uplifts in AOV, en engagements en e-mail-opens waren nog nooit zo hoog. Toch is er een aantal valkuilen als het gaat over personalisatie.
