Zo blijkt uit onderzoek van Adobe, in samenwerking met Tijdschrift voor Marketing.

Marketeers weten het inmiddels: consumenten eisen dat bedrijven voldoen aan de nieuwe verwachtingen rondom engagement, directies willen return on investment en conversie. Digitale marketing zou al die eisen tegemoet kunnen komen, maar tot nu toe hebben marketeers de belofte nog niet kunnen waarmaken: het opzetten van een optimaal werkende digitale marketingomgeving.
